We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We accept products back within 30 days for a refund or exchange. We assume customers will test a spray or 2 before returning, however we do not accept bottles that have been used more than this or outside our 30 day policy and they will be returned to you. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on 5ml bottles, Gift Sets and Advent.

Shipping is FREE for orders over £44.99.

All shipping is either Royal Mail Tracked 24, 48, Evri Tracked 24, 48 or Evri Pick Up.

Smells different

I ordered honalulu as its been a favourite of mine, but this time i think its different, the smell isnt as strong and it feels different when spraying it on, i had some of my previous bottle left and the difference is very obvious between the two, ive ordered my usual 3 bottles so ill have to persevere with them untill next time, but ill only order one next time and probably a different scent, its unfortunate as i really did love the honalulu
