Are these real designer perfumes?

Not quite - and that’s the point.

Our fragrances are our own creations, inspired by well-known luxury scents. Using high-quality ingredients and professional fragrance craftsmanship, we create scents that are equally as compelling, inspired by well known fragrances.

What does “inspired by” mean?

Our perfumers analyse popular fragrance profiles and then create original scents that capture a similar mood, style or scent family.

They’re not copies. They’re interpretations, blended, tested and refined in our UK-based lab.

Are they identical to designer fragrances?

No fragrance can ever be a 100% match - even luxury brands’ own formulas vary slightly over time due to ingredient harvests and sourcing.

What we aim for is something more interesting: a scent that feels recognisable, wearable and addictive in its own right.

How are your fragrances so affordable?

We invest in what actually matters: the scent.

We don’t spend heavily on celebrity campaigns, retail mark-ups or unnecessary packaging layers. That means we can put more into the formula and keep the price smart.

Are your perfumes long-lasting?

Yes, all of our fragrances are Eau de Parfum strength with a high fragrance concentration, designed for lasting wear.

Longevity can vary depending on skin chemistry, environment and application, but most customers find they last for hours (sometimes all day).

Pro tip: apply to pulse points and avoid rubbing wrists together - it helps preserve the scent structure.

What strength are your perfumes?

All Noted. Aromas fragrances are Eau de Parfum (EDP) with a minimum 20% fragrance concentration.

This means rich, noticeable scents designed to stay with you.

Are your fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, all Noted. Aromas fragrance oils are vegan-friendly and cruelty-free. No animal testing, ever.

Can I spray fragrance on clothing?

We recommend spraying directly onto skin.

Because our formulas contain a high oil concentration, spraying on fabric may cause staining - this applies to most perfumes, not just ours. If you do spray clothing, always patch test first.

How should I store my fragrance?

Keep your fragrance somewhere cool, dry and out of direct sunlight. Extreme heat, cold or light can affect the scent over time.

Orders, Returns & Exchanges

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders move quickly through our system, so once placed they can’t be edited or cancelled - including address changes or product swaps.

Please double-check your details before checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we ship within the United Kingdom only - but we’re working on expanding!

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched within 5 working days (Mon-Fri) from our UK warehouse.

Orders placed after 12pm Friday or over the weekend or on Bank Holidays will begin processing the next working day.

During peak periods (like Black Friday), dispatch may take slightly longer.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually arrives 1-4 working days after dispatch (excluding Bank Holidays).For Highlands and Islands, please allow an extra day.

Where is my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.If you can’t see it, check your spam/junk folder - it sometimes hides there.

My order arrived damaged - what should I do?

Please email contact@notedaromas.co.uk within 7 days with:- Photos of outer packaging- Photos of damaged items- Visible fragrance names Please keep hold of all packaging until we confirm next steps.

What should I do if I've recieved an incorrect oder?

Please email us within 7 days at contact@notedaromas.co.uk with:- A photo of everything received- Your packing slipWe’ll review and aim to sort it quickly.

My order says delivered but I haven’t received it - what should I do?

Please check your tracking link first for details. Most couriers operate no-contact deliveries; if you're not at home they may have left your parcel with a neighbour or in your safe place. Please check this before contacting us. If it still can't be located, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll investigate with the courier. Our couriers will complete a detailed investigation for disputed claims and if delivery is found to be non-compliant we will resend your order.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days for refund or exchange.

You’re welcome to test a spray or two, but we can’t accept bottles used beyond this or outside the 30-day window.

Additional notes:

- Bundles must be returned as a full set for refunds (otherwise we can only offer an exchange)

- 5ml samples are non-returnable

- 5ml samples are non-returnable

- Diffusers must include closure cap and be unused

- Used candles or wax melts can’t be returned

Where is my refund or exchange?

Please check on your return tracking receipt that we have received your return and provide us with a copy of your receipt when reaching out.

Returns are generally processed within 1 week of receipt.

Unfortunately we are not responsible for returns lost by your courier during return transit.

Can I use more than one promo code?

Codes can’t be combined or stacked, and they don’t apply to already-discounted bundles or sets.

Pick your favourite - we promise it’ll still be worth it.

Can I collect my order?

We don’t currently offer collection.

Our London office doesn’t hold stock, and our warehouse isn’t set up for in-person collection.
