Our Perfumes:

Are these real brand perfumes?

No they are specially made blends that are inspired by the well known brands, using the same high quality ingredients and manufacturing standards.

What are inspired by perfumes?

Our experienced team of perfumers sample and test well known designer fragrances, and then create our own version of them. Everything is done at our UK lab.

Are they identical?

We think that they are very close, but it is impossible to ever get a 100% match. Different well known brands even change scents slightly because of the different crops of raw materials used to make them. 

How are they so affordable?

We don't spend massive amounts on expensive advertising, or packaging. Because of this we are able to pass on the huge savings to our customers.

Are the perfumes long lasting?

Yes they are! Because all of our products are Eau de Parfum, they are very strong. This also means they last a long time, often longer than the high street brands. Following the correct usage instructions helps with this. 

What kind of perfumes do you sell?

All of our fragrances are Eau de Parfum (EDP). They are a minimum of 20% Fragrance concentrate.

Are your perfumes Vegan friendly and cruelty free?

Noted Aromas only make Vegan Friendly Fragrance Oils, and YES they are cruelty free!

Are they safe to spray on clothes?

The simple answer is not always, they can stain. Noted Aromas fragrances have a higher oil content to make them last longer. With ALL perfumes, not just Noted Aromas' perfumes, we do recommend that you take care when applying on clothes, and of course you do so at your own risk.

How should I store my perfume?

All fragrances should be kept out of direct sunlight and away from cold or hot elements. Failure to do so may result in your product being affected.

Orders, Returns & Exchanges

Can I cancel or alter my order after it has been placed?

No - all of our shipping is automatically generated, so we cannot cancel or edit an order once it has been placed;  this includes address changes and adding/removing products from your order.

Do you ship overseas?

We currently only ship to the United Kingdom

When will my order be dispatched?

Order today and your item will be shipped within 48 hours from our UK warehouse (Mon-Fri). Orders placed on a Friday (after 12 PM), Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays and busy periods). (Expect delays during Black Friday Sale)

How long does it take to deliver my order?

You should receive your parcel within 1-4 working days (excluding bank holidays). For Highlands and Islands this could be 1 day longer.

Where is my order?

Please check your tracking link that was emailed at the time of despatch (remember to check if the email is in your junk/spam folder).

What if my order has arrived damaged?

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please take pictures of the outer packaging, the damaged items(s) and make sure that the fragrance name is visible and then email the pictures to our Customer Support Team at contact@notedaromas.co.uk. Do not dispose of the bottles or packaging until we have advised you that we completed our investigations. All damages must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.

What if I was sent the wrong order?

Please check your order confirmation with the order you have received and if there are any discrepancies, please email contact@notedaromas.co.uk with a picture of all the goods received along with the packing slip. All errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

My order says it was delivered, however I have not received it?

Please look on the tracking link for details as to where your parcel has been left. Most couriers operate no contact deliveries now, so if you are not at home they will leave your parcel with a neighbour or in your safe place. Please check this before contacting us. Our couriers will complete a detailed investigation for disputed claims and if delivery is found to be non compliant we will resend your order. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery date.

What is your returns process?

We accept perfumes back within 30 days for a refund or exchange. We assume customers will test a spray or 2 before returning, however we do not accept bottles that have been used more than this or outside our 30 day policy and they will be returned to you. Please note that products bought as part of a bundle set must be returned as a set for a refund otherwise we can only offer an exchange. We are unable to accept returns on sample 5ml bottles. We do not cover the cost for return shipping. Please contact our Customer Services Team at contact@notedaromas.co.uk for further details.

If you wish to return Reed Diffusers, please retain the closure cap, as we will not be able to accept a return without this. These can not be returned if they have been used.

Wax melts and candles cannot be returned if they have been used.

Where is my exchange/refund?

Please check on your return tracking receipt that we have received this and send us a copy of your receipt. Returns are generally processed within a week of receipt. We are not responsible for returns lost by your courier during return transit.

Can I use two promotional codes at once?

No, our discount codes or promotional codes cannot be stacked, therefore you are unable to use codes on pre-discounted bundles or packs.

Can I collect from your store?

Unfortunately we do not have a storefront. Our offices in London do not hold stock, and our manufacturing and dispatch facilities have no area for this.
