We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We accept products back within 30 days for a refund or exchange. We assume customers will test a spray or 2 before returning, however we do not accept bottles that have been used more than this or outside our 30 day policy and they will be returned to you. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on 5ml bottles, Gift Sets and Advent.

Shipping is FREE for orders over £44.99.

All shipping is either Royal Mail Tracked 24, 48, Evri Tracked 24, 48 or Evri Pick Up.

Nobody is responding to my emails about my item. It was shipped back to you and I’ve not had any information about it either being reshipped or even refunded. Can someone come back to me ASAP about this!

Smells divine!!

Since going on holiday and transferring in Dubai, I have had what I call the “Dubai airport scent” in my mind ever since.

This is that in a bottle!!! It's smells so good I have 1 100ml bottle and 2 50ml bottles! It lasts all day (too tip, moisturise before or dab a little Vaseline on the area before spraying any perfume and it will last forever!). So chuffed it smells so warm and creamy, I love the vanilla which is broken up by the lavender and ginger.
