We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We accept products back within 30 days for a refund or exchange. We assume customers will test a spray or 2 before returning, however we do not accept bottles that have been used more than this or outside our 30 day policy and they will be returned to you. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on 5ml bottles, Gift Sets and Advent.

Shipping is FREE for orders over £44.99.

All shipping is either Royal Mail Tracked 24, 48, Evri Tracked 24, 48 or Evri Pick Up.

Yes — all of our fragrances are Eau de Parfum strength with a high fragrance concentration, designed for lasting wear. Longevity varies with skin chemistry, environment and application, but most customers find they last for hours.

Are they identical to designer fragrances?

No fragrance can ever be a 100% match — even luxury brands' own formulas vary slightly over time due to ingredient harvests and sourcing.

Do you really offer 30 day returns?

Yes! We know you need to try a perfume to know if you'll like it, so we let customers have a few test sprays which can be returned if it isn't for you.

Didn’t arrive and poor customer service

Parcel was meant to be delivered two weeks ago but the courier failed to deliver on two separate occasions even though I was in. Then they informed me that the parcel was damaged so it won’t be delivered and to contact the sender. I’ve contacted noted aromas by email three times to which I have received no response. Customer service is very poor

Spot On

Tried the original at friends and couldn’t spot the difference between the two.

Love the scent, shame about longevity

Absolutely love the scent, I think its even better than the original oud immortel but do wish noted aromas could make a premium version which has more perfume oils to aid longevity. I wouldn't mind paying a little more for it at all. I get so many compliments with it on.
