1. The Promoter

2. The COMPETITIONs

These terms cover three prize draws (each a “Competition”), all running over the same period:

●      Competition 1 – Flight vouchers: one (1) winner receives £1,000 in Flightgift flight gift card credit.

●      Competition 2 – A year of fragrance: four (4) winners each receive a year’s supply of Noted. Aromas fragrance (12 x 50ml products of the winner’s choice).

●      Competition 3 – Gift cards: twelve (12) winners in total – four (4) x £50 e-gift cards, four (4) x £25 e-gift cards and four (4) x £10 e-gift cards, each to a separate winner.

A single qualifying entry places the entrant into all three Competitions simultaneously. Winners are drawn separately for each Competition. No entrant may win more than one prize across the three Competitions.

3. Eligibility

•     Entrants must be legal residents of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland and aged 18 or over at the date of entry.

•     The Competitions are not open to employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, or anyone else professionally connected with the Competitions.

•     The Promoter may require proof of eligibility (including age, identity and UK residency) before awarding any prize and may disqualify any entrant who cannot provide it.

4. How to Enter

Purchase entry

•     Any purchase made on the Promoter’s UK website (www.notedaromas.co.uk) during the Competition Period is automatically entered into the prize draws. There is no minimum spend.

•     Entry is one (1) entry per purchase (per completed order). An entrant who places multiple qualifying orders during the Competition Period receives one entry per order.

Free postal entry (no purchase necessary)

•     No purchase is necessary to enter. To enter for free, send an unenclosed postcard or a single sheet of paper by post with your full name, address, email address and a statement that you wish to enter the Noted. Aromas prize draws, to: Noted. Aromas, Station House, Bruntwood, Stamford New Road, Altrincham, WA14 1EP.

•     One entry per postcard or sheet. Bulk or multiple entries submitted in a single envelope, and entries submitted by third parties or automated means, will not be accepted. Postal entries must be received by the closing date and time in clause 5.

•     Free postal entries are placed into the same draw and have an equal chance of winning as purchase entries. The Promoter is not responsible for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post.

5. COMPETITION Period

Opens: Monday 13 July 2026 at 6:00am (UK time).

Closes: Sunday 19 July 2026 at 11:59pm (UK time).

•     Entries received before the opening time or after the closing time will not be counted. The Promoter’s systems will be the official timekeeper.

6. Winner Selection

•     Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period, using a process that ensures each entry has an equal chance of being selected.

•     The draw for each Competition will take place after the Promotion Period closes.

7. Notification and Claiming a Prize

•     Winners will be notified by email from contact@notedaromas.co.uk after the draw.

•     Winners must respond and confirm the details needed to fulfil their prize (see clause 8) within fourteen (14) days of the notification email being sent.

•     If a winner does not respond within 14 days, or is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and draw an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

8. The Prizes

Competition 1 – Flight vouchers

●      One (1) winner receives £1,000 of flight gift card credit provided via Flightgift (www.flightgift.com), redeemable against flights with the airlines and to the destinations made available through the Flightgift platform at the time of redemption.

●      The prize is subject to Flightgift’s own terms, validity and expiry conditions. Airline and destination availability is determined by Flightgift, not the Promoter.

●      No cash alternative is available.

Competition 2 – A year of fragrance

●      Each of the four (4) winners receives twelve (12) x 50ml fragrance products of their choice from the Noted. Aromas website range.

●      All twelve products must be chosen upfront and will be sent together in a single dispatch. Products cannot be exchanged, split into multiple shipments, or substituted after selection is confirmed.

●      Dispatch will be within seven (7) days of the winner confirming their chosen products and UK delivery address. Delivery is to UK addresses only.

●      No cash alternative is available. Prize is subject to product availability; if a chosen product is unavailable the Promoter will offer a comparable alternative.

Competition 3 – Gift cards

●      Twelve (12) separate winners: four (4) x £50, four (4) x £25 and four (4) x £10 Noted. Aromas e-gift cards.

●      Gift cards are issued electronically by email and sent within seven (7) days of the winner confirming their email address.

●      Gift cards are redeemable on the Noted. Aromas website only, may be used across multiple orders, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

●      Gift cards expire twelve (12) months from the date of issue.

General: Prizes are non-transferable and, except where stated, no cash alternative is offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.

9. Publicity

•     The surname and county of each major prize winner will be made available for six (6) weeks after the draw to anyone who emails contact@notedaromas.co.uk, in line with the CAP Code.

•     Winners may be asked to consent to limited publicity (for example, first name and county). Participation in publicity beyond the CAP Code requirement above is not a condition of winning, and a winner may object to their information being made available under clause 9.1 by contacting the Promoter, in which case the Promoter will only use the information to the extent required by the CAP Code to demonstrate that a valid award took place.

10. Data Protection

•     Personal data collected during entry is processed by the Promoter solely to administer the Competitions and fulfil prizes, in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter’s privacy policy (available on the website).

•     Entrants’ data will not be used for marketing without separate consent, and will not be passed to third parties except as necessary to fulfil a prize (for example, sharing a Competition 1 winner’s details with Flightgift).

11. General

•     The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms, or to cancel, suspend or amend the Competitions, where necessary or where circumstances arise outside its reasonable control.

•     The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, that breach these terms, or that involve tampering with the entry process.

•     The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to the Competitions and no correspondence will be entered into.

•     The Competitions and these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

•     These Competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform or third party (including Flightgift).

•     The Competitions are intended to comply with the CAP Code. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms.
