Returns Policy
What is your return process?
We accept products back within 30 days for a refund or exchange. We assume customers will test a spray or 2 before returning, however we do not accept bottles that have been used more than this or outside our 30 day policy and they will be returned to you. We are unable to accept returns on sample 5ml bottles.
Please note that products bought as part of a bundle set must be returned as a set for a refund otherwise we can only offer an exchange. Please contact our Customer Services Team at contact@notedaromas.co.uk for further details.
For exchanges, we can only offer this once per order.
If you wish to return Reed Diffusers, please retain the closure cap, as we will not be able to accept a return without this. These can not be returned if they have been used.
Do not send returns back to the address listed on the website, they will be returned to sender. We always recommend using a tracked service when sending goods back to us. If you email in and can't find a reply, please check your spam folder.
Where is my exchange/refund?
Please check on your return tracking receipt that we have received this and send us a copy of your receipt. Returns are generally processed within a week of receipt. We are not responsible for returns lost by your courier during return transit.

How long before orders are dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders within one working day. Orders placed on a Friday (after 12 PM), Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday or Tuesday (excluding bank holidays and busy periods). During busy periods, we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours.
How long does it take to deliver an order?
You should expect to receive your parcel within 2-4 working days (excluding bank holidays). For Northern Ireland and Highlands and Islands this could be 1 day longer. For DPD Express please allow 1-2 working days. (Working days are Monday-Friday)
Tracked 24 does not mean that it will arrive within 24 hours, this is just the name that Royal Mail call their service.
Tracked 48 does not mean that it will arrive within 48 hours, this is just the name that Royal Mail call their service.

Please check your tracking link that was emailed at the time of despatch (remember to check if the email is in your junk/spam folder).

We don't spend large amounts of money on fancy bottles, celebrity tv adverts, or any other expensive marketing. We rely on word of mouth from our loyal customers. This helps us reduce the cost to you by an enormous amount.
